The same meat as the Bone in Leg, which is the classic cut for the slow roast Sunday lunch, but without the bone and rump. The cut therefore cooks very evenly and the ‘tunnel’ is perfect for a stuffing or seasoning. This is a great cut to enjoy the fine texture and very lean qualities that makes our lamb so unique.

To complete the order you need to select at least 8 kg of single cuts. This can be any mixture of, Cardrona Carvery Shoulder, Flat Bone Shoulder and Tunnel Boned Leg. When going over 10 kg the cuts will be delivered in a 20 kg box.
